Certain compounds are sensitive to heat or react with the contact of local temperature peaks. Other compounds are changed or damaged by shear force.

Eccentric Drum Mixer has an inversion motion rather than rotary motion. Since there is no rotating blade or agitator inside, there is no shear force being applied on the material. In other mixers, the rotary motion imparts a centrifugal force which in turn produces high attacking force and friction among the particles. On the other hand, there are no such forces in the inversion action of this blender
