Bagging System

A variety of materials and bulk products are packaged by using open mouth filling systems. The process of involves feeding, Dumping & weighing into the bag which is clamped on an pneumatic holder. The bags are picked and placed automatically by the bag placer system. The bag is then released and dropped onto a conveyor. The automatic pre-stitch feeder carries the bag for automatic closing of the bag.

This machine uses gross weight scales means material will be dumped directely in bag and it will be weighed directely. For some materials we can not use weighing hopper because of their properties. Screw based bagging machine allows to overcome this problem. Material discharge will take place only after bag is clamped.

In this machine double head system requires 2 clamping mechanism & 2 discharge chutes. Automatic stitching system is provided as add on along with our machine as per requirement of customer.
